Here is Ted Slater’s intro to my new article “Imagine Your Children” from Boundless:

If you’re the typical Boundless reader, you’re single and don’t have kids. The thing is, you likely some day will have children of your own, little ones who’ll lovingly call you mommy or daddy (or “papa,” as in my case). And just as it’s not too early to lay the groundwork for a thriving marriage, it’s not too early to lay the groundwork for being a wonderful parent.

In “Imagine Your Children,” Jonathan Dodson speaks of the weightiness of “bringing an eternal soul into the world,” going on to address the fear of failure and frustrations over freedoms lost that can come over parents or soon-to-be parents. Whether you’re single without kids or married with kids, I’m confident you’ll find Dodson’s honesty and insights refreshing.

A friend of mine, Kirby Holmes, has started a new company called Tribal Screens. These screens are for home theaters and are quite impressive. The reason Kirby named them Tribal Screens is because he wants them to catalyze community not deconstruct it.

He envisions families and neighbors gathering to watch special events together, creating opportunities for great entertainment and opportunity for personal connection.
